Fort Leonard Wood Base Access Information
The Roaring Hearts Speakeasy & Basket Auction will be held at Nutter Field House on Fort Leonard Wood, a secured military installation. All attendees who do not have a valid DoD-issued ID card must obtain a base access pass prior to entry.
To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, we strongly encourage all non-DoD guests to pre-register for base access. Pre-registering allows Fort Leonard Wood security to process your information ahead of time — meaning your pass will be ready for quick pickup the day of the event.
Important Information & Required Documents
When applying for your visitor’s pass, please review the following requirements carefully:
- A REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID is required for access.
- If your ID is not REAL ID-compliant, you must bring a secondary form of identification, such as a valid passport or birth certificate.
- Each adult (age 18 and over) must have their own valid form of identification.
- Vehicle operators must present a valid driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance if driving onto the installation.
Lines at the Visitor Control Center (VCC) can get long — especially for large events. Pre-register early to save time and enjoy a quicker entry process on event day.
